Profile of Needs and Provision/Resource Matrix

This document sets out a framework regarding definitions of Special Educational Needs within the principles of the Education Act 1996 and the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice, 2001.

The purpose of the framework is to set out the continuum of Special Educational Needs and the Relational Provision and Resources required to meet those needs and to identify where additional or specialist resource requirements are needed.
