ABSENCEThe absence of any child which causes concern to the Head Teacher:
should be reported to the Education Welfare Officer either by telephone or on Form WM3. When a child is absent for a period of up to 10 school days the family is on an official annual holiday - and only then - Form WM7 should be used. Each month when the school is in session attendance return Form WM4, should be made up to and including the last Friday in the calendar month. |
