From July 2004 our schools will no longer receive the monthly paper mailings that they have been used to receive from the DfES. Nor will they receive Spectrum, the monthly summary of important documents. From July schools will receive a regular email alert "Latest news and publications" highlighting any items that are essential reading for schools. Clicking on the web link in the email will allow them to view summaries of these documents and decide which to order or download. Any individual can also register to receive their own email alerts. Click on the link below to access the Online Publications: The Online Publications for schools service links directly into the Department for Education and Skills' ordering hotline and distribution centre. All users can choose to view or download the publications that are relevant to them.. Registered users can order copies (paper-based, CDs, videos etc) and receive email alerts to the latest documents.
