National Agreement Implementation Questionnaire

As you may know the Isle of Wight Workforce Agreement Monitoring Group (WAMG) undertook a survey of 50% of the school workforce in January 2007. We are now following this up with the other 50% of school staff.

WAMG would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this. There is no need to put your name on the questionnaire as this in intended to be completely anonymous, however please could you tick the appropriate box in the top right hand corner to identify the phase in which you work.

Any concerns you may have regarding the implementation of the National Agreement should be raised through normal school procedures. You may wish to consult your professional association for further advice.

Please could you return your questionnaire via the school’s green bag to Sofia Paonessa, Education Centre, Thompson House by half term, Friday, 15th February 2008.
