Isle of Wight Workforce Agreement Monitoring Group (WAMG)

In response to the National Agreement each local authority is required to establish a Workforce Agreement Monitoring Group (WAMG). A provisional Isle of Wight WAMG has now been established which will work to ensure the implementation of the National Agreement and that our shared aims of raising standards and tackling workload are achieved.

We are committed to working together to secure more benefits for pupils and the whole school workforce.
