Plan and take part in workshops: 

The aim of any workshops is to target the specific needs of your school as set in the SDP.

The focus of the workshop is to provide an environment where skills can be developed in a relaxed, informal manner. The workshop will enable teachers to develop their own potential and confidence thus enhancing the teaching and learning of the children.

Workshops would be outlined during the preliminary visit. There could be a follow up evaluation to discuss the effectiveness of the workshop. The workshop could incorporate:
