Leading Teachers

The leading teacher supports colleagues to improve their subject leadership by: 


  • Identifying key elements of their role within the school.
  • Through discussion, help subject leaders to prioritise these key elements.
  • Advise on implementation of key elements
In addition to the work within the subject leader's own school, opportunities are provided to visit other schools in order to view and share good practice.
