Give demonstration lessons and evaluate teaching and learning:The Leading Teachers will give demonstration lessons for all or part of a Literacy or Numeracy lesson. These are not 'model' lessons but form the focus for professional discussion. Visits to a Leading Teacher are most effective when there is a focus on a particular area to be improved such as:
