KS1 SATS INFORMATION MEETINGS
PS/EC/07
Target Group: Year 2 Teachers.
Aims: - To disseminate essential up to date information regarding procedures, provide useful materials to aid teacher assessment.
- Suggest ways to move children on in their learning.
- To provide opportunities for teachers to share good practice in teacher assessment.
Objectives/Learning Outcomes:
Teachers will be -
- More confident when administering SAT TASKS and TESTS.
- More confident when assessing children’s work.
- More confident when planning next steps for learning.
Intended Impact:
- Teachers are confident in their Teacher Assessment.
- They use SATS TASKS and TESTS to inform and confirm their Teacher Assessment.
- Pupils achieve age-related expectations or above, where possible at the end of Key Stage 1.
