Target Group: All Governors and Clerks to Governors.
Objectives / Learning Outcomes: - A better understanding of governors’ role in school improvement planning and monitoring; of resource implications: questions to ask, balancing the challenge and support role.
Intended Impact:
- Maintaining the focus of pupils; well-being, progress and attainment; focusing on the key priorities for improvement; checking for progress.
