Sharing Practice – Baylink Cluster

The Isle of Wight Baylink Cluster are a well established cluster of schools who this year have really focused on using Transition to ensure a continuity of learning  between schools. They have worked hard to raise the profile of the importance of transition in the Cluster and to develop a closer working relationship between all colleagues cross phase. They met and carefully planned the 2 Transition days, they moderated SATs and supported some vulnerable Year 8 pupils with the transition process.
