Registering Your School on The Healthy Schools Website

STEP 1
We would like the schools to go to www.healthyschools.gov.uk, and click the “Register” button. This action will trigger the school to be viewed by the database and reporting as participating in the programme.

STEP 2
Once they click the Register button they will be asked to enter basic details about themselves. Then search for their school via a drop down search box.

STEP 3
Once school clicks “Submit” the screen will show them an automated message confirming their registration has been logged and a message has been sent to their Local Co-ordinator.  The school will also receive an email containing the same information.

STEP 4
Local Co-ordinator will receive a Task and an email. The Local Co-ordinator will then login and verify the school and name on the application – details of which are noted on the Task. Caution: The Local Co-ordinator must be happy that they recognise the name and school registering, if not we would suggest clarification is sought. Once the Local Co-ordinator is happy with the application they will approve and an email containing their user name and password will be to send to the applicant.

Once the school has logged on, they can manage their own contact information, self validation and access.
